Claim Rejection - Duplicate Claim RC07

RC07 code rejection is due to being a duplicate claim. Office Ally has a filter in place, that does not allow for resubmission of claims.

In order to prevent this from happening again: Go to Office Ally and log in to the secure section with your Office Ally username and Password. Click on the 3 lines on the top left > Scroll to the bottom locate admin section > Click Duplicate Filter Setting and turn it off 'permanently'.

You can now submit that claim.
