Clients List
Your Clients list offers the capability to search for and manage clients.
From here you can also:
- Create and manage therapy groups
- Export a simplified client list
- And manage intake tool functions

Any role will give you access to Clients differently, we will explain those breakdowns below.Client List Options
When you initially click on Clients from the left-hand menu, you're presented at the top with a short list of options, depending on your roles within the practice. For more on roles, please check out this article: Adding and managing staff roles
This is a sticky option, meaning if you select something different from the default, when you return to the client list it will display your last selected option as the default going forward, until you change it.
My Clients:
Requires a role of
Therapist, and will display a list of only your clients as a provider
All Clients:
Requires a role of
Owner,
Manager, or
either Front Office role (Scheduler and/or Biller), and will show all clients within a practice
Clients of Supervisees:
If you are a
Supervisor of a provider (or multiple), this will list the clients of your supervisee(s). Here's our article about

My Custodian Records:
If you are a
Records Custodian, this will list all clients under the therapists that you have been selected to be a records custodian of. Here's our article about

Filter Options
On the far right-hand side, you have a list of various filters that can be used.
In order from top to bottom:

- Once you enter all of your required filter options, click at the bottom to filter your results
- Use to clear out all of the above filter options
Additional Client List Options
At the top right, you will see a list of other client list options offered:
- → Exports a CSV (spreadsheet) file of the list of clients (this is a simplified list of the export option Clients within a therapist profile. More information on that additional option: Export Data. Contains the following default columns: Name, Email, Phone, DOB, Account #, Therapist. If you expand your search with the various filters (like client status), then export it, they will include those as well.
- → This creates a new group that you can add clients to which you can then add to the schedule to chart on. More about that can be found here: Group Charting
